Production Worker

Our client who is a renown Dairy company, is now in need of Food Production workers to join their team based in Jindivick Vic.and assist in the production of cheese. This role will see you taking a hands on and physical approach in the different production stages of cheese.

Shifts available are:

Day shifts : 6am - 2pm and 8am - 4pm
Afternoon shifts : 12pm – 10pm and 4pm – midnight


Key Responsibilities:

• Repetitive manual handling of products, lifting up to 15-20kg
• Unloading/loading tubs of cheese onto machines
• Racking unmoulded cheese onto trays and stacking them
• Loading/unloading trays of cheese from the stack onto a conveyor belt
• Transferring racks of cheese via trolley to different departments
• Flipping racks of cheese
• Cleaning and sanitization of the work station and maintaining a clean work space

Our ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
• Background in food production preferable but not necessary
• Flexible to work between day and afternoon shifts
